Sheetpan Steak Bites with Roasted Veggies

Easy 30 minute sheet pan meal packed with juicy steak bites and flavorful roasted veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb red and white creamer potatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 each red onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 lb fresh green beans with the ends trimmed
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside
  2. Prep potatoes, green beans and red onion and place in a large mixing bowl
  3. Season veggies with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Spread veggies evenly onto baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 15 minutes
  5. Slice sirloin steak into bite size pieces, place in a large mixing bowl and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Remove veggies from the oven and add seasoned steak to the baking sheet. Please back in the oven and cook for 8 minutes until the steak is well done
  7. While the steak is cooking, melt 4 tbsp unsalted butter in a microwave safe dish, add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp parsley to melted butter and set aside
  8. Remove sheetpan from the oven and pour garlic butter over the sheetpan and enjoy!
