
Sheetpan Steak Bites with Roasted Veggies
Easy 30 minute sheet pan meal packed with juicy steak bites and flavorful roasted veggies
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside
- Prep potatoes, green beans and red onion and place in a large mixing bowl
- Season veggies with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spread veggies evenly onto baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 15 minutes
- Slice sirloin steak into bite size pieces, place in a large mixing bowl and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
- Remove veggies from the oven and add seasoned steak to the baking sheet. Please back in the oven and cook for 8 minutes until the steak is well done
- While the steak is cooking, melt 4 tbsp unsalted butter in a microwave safe dish, add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp parsley to melted butter and set aside
- Remove sheetpan from the oven and pour garlic butter over the sheetpan and enjoy!
