- Pre-heat the oven to 350 and cook the pasta according to package instructions
- Using a large cutting board, chop and slice the broccoli and bell pepper and set aside
- In a 9X13 pan spread cooked pasta evenly, then mix pesto, broccoli and red bell pepper with the pasta
- Using the same pot that the pasta was cooked in, heat olive oil and season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder and then sear the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add the chicken thighs to the top of the pasta dish. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
