Pre-heat the oven to 350 and cook the pasta according to package instructions
Using a large cutting board, chop and slice the broccoli and bell pepper and set aside
In a 9X13 pan spread cooked pasta evenly, then mix pesto, broccoli and red bell pepper with the pasta
Using the same pot that the pasta was cooked in, heat olive oil and season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder and then sear the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the chicken thighs to the top of the pasta dish. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
