Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, chocolate chips, flaxseeds, chia seeds, honey and peanut butter and mix well.
  2. Form into bite size pieces and store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
