Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 3 each green onions, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 each lime, use lime juice of the entire lime
  • 1 each avocado oil spray

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Method
 

  1. Set your air fryer to 390 F and preheat for 4 minutes
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine tuna, eggs, breadcrumbs, mayo, green onion and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Using avocado oil spray, spray the air fryer basket
  4. Form 5-6 small tuna patties and place in the air fryer basket
  5. Using avocado oil spray, lightly spray the tops of each tuna patty
  6. Air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping the tuna patties halfway through
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, add to a salad or use on a bun as a "tuna burger" and enjoy!
