- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 bag microwavable bag of cauliflower rice
- 1 cup fresh leafy spinach
In a large saute pan, combine sesame oil, ginger and onion until the onions are clear and the ginger is fragrant.Add ground beef, onion and garlic powder and soy sauce, mix well and cook until the beef is completely cooked through and your meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.While the beef is cooking microwave your riced cauliflower according to pacakge directions.To build your bowl start with a handful of spinach, add 1/4 of the bag of riced cauliflower and top with 2-3 spoons of your Korean beef and enjoy!
